I recently raided my mother's recipe file and found a recipe for coffee cake. I do not remember her ever baking this treat for me so I had to try it. WOW, I can't believe what I have been missing. It's a moist cake with a wonderful crumb topping, making it the perfect morning or afternoon snack with a cup of coffee or tea.
The 10" Bundt cake and serves 12-14 people, 8" Bundt serves 8 - 10 people, and the mini loaves serve 2-4 people
