I came across this recipe in a 1956 cookbook published by a group of women in Worcester, MA (my hometown). I just had to include it in this program since Worcester is the hometown of WPI.
This 8" x 8" cookie bar is layers of oatmeal shortbread cookie, topped with a raisin pate then covered with another layer of oatmeal shortbread cookie. Simply delish!
